The proposed development consists of 12 townhomes in three townhouse blocks. The site will feature a stormwater management pond to protect Lake Thomas, a pathway to connect the homes to the Highway 2 sidewalk, and landscape buffering for surrounding properties. The development will add a new form of housing typology in Fall River, and contribute to a more walkable village core.
