This 5.1-acre undeveloped property is adjacent to J.I. Ilsley Hight School and off Drysdale Road in Spryfield, Halifax. Habitat Way was designed to adaptively re-use and transform the vacant property into a major mixed use not for profit affordable housing master planned community. The master planned community consists of a four storey 40-unit apartment building and 42 two units dwellings with a center parkland amenity space.  At the time this was the largest approved affordable housing project in the Habitat organization across Canada
