Sightline supported their client, Vanguard Developments, project managing for all facets of the McIntosh Estates development. From initial land evaluation, concept approval, detail engineering and design, subdivision approval, and road construction to the sale of lots to builders. This project is one of the largest Spryfield developments ever, including 350 PAD-ready lots for semi-detached homes between Herring Cove Road and the beautiful McIntosh River.
