From initial land evaluation, concept approval, detail engineering and design, subdivision approval, and road construction to the sale of lots to builders. This project is one of the largest Spryfield developments ever, including 350 PAD-ready lots for semi-detached homes between Herring Cove Road and the beautiful McIntosh River.

Phase 4, which includes the last 72 lots on Honey Gold and Cortland Ridge are now PAD ready for construction and HRM approved!
