Sightline managed the complex MPS amendment with development agreement process from beginning to end. This project entails a 8 storey building consisting of 55 units, of which 18 affordable and 2,070 sq. ft of ground floor commercial space. This was the first private project with some affordable housing approved by development agreement off the Halifax Peninsula.
