Cresta Towers
The proposed development consists of 301 residential units within two 14 and 13 storey towers in Sackville, Nova Scotia. The buildings include a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, 16 being barrier free, accessible units, and 12,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The development also includes 309 parking spaces, some being underground, some being surface level at the rear. The building was designed to be energy efficient, accessible and affordable, with an appropriate pedestrian scale and use, while maintaining and enhancing the architectural integrity of the streets.
